Testing the Hypothesis

Inside the Boundary: Jeff Richards
Need: Improved transportation in the South Florida area, since we are both from south Florida we found a commonality and something that can be improved. The need exists because Jeff is a public commuter and this affects him in every facet.
Kelly Lavalle:
Need: Improved health factors. My article before was a health epidemic and on what to eat and what not. Kelly is also a south Florida native and was able to see that a healthy diet is something that she needs to establish.
Why: This need exists because Kelly is overweight and this could affect her overall health down the road.
Rick Call:
Need: improvement from the Miami Dolphins football offensive line.
The need exits because Rick is an avid Miami Dolphins fan and wants to see improvement from the team.
Steve Benjamin
Need: New moving app.
The need exists: because Steve is consistently moving around the country and something convenient that can be used from an app is feasible for his lifestyle.
Nicole Wright:
Need: Improved Health
The need exists: because Nicole is constantly learning about health trends and wants to be a healthier individual.

I think that you missed the point on the exercise. We were supposed to find individuals, or businesses that had our unmet need. With which we were able to use our discovered opportunity in order to facilitate their need. Such as, in your previous testing the hypothesis you spoke of using SaaS. It was my understanding that was the opportunity with which we were supposed to expound upon in our interviews. Perhaps I am mistaken.

  2. Hey Cody, I think you might have misinterpreted the assignment. We were supposed to find people with unmet needs so we can figure out the boundaries associated with our problem. This helps us learn who exactly who has our problem and who might not have it. If you wanted to redo the assignment and have me take another look at it, feel free to reply to this comment.
