7A Testing Hypothesis

The Who: IT Software
The what: Efficiently simplifying processes for businesses via Saas
The why: Competitors coming into play, new technology

Others do share this need because everyone needs technology for their business to succeed and be effective.
Boundaries would be the new technology being innovated and rapid growth in the industry.
The why would not stand for everyone. Because in business different consumers, different companies require different needs.
Summarization of interviews
#1 Found that my why statement holds correctly, different consumers and company's have different needs in their software.
#2 Did find that they not only hold different needs, but they all do need something simplified, its that process and the price sensitivity that may be different for these businesses.
#3 Governmental regulations may play a huge factor. As in IT Saas directly to healthcare is rigorous because of rules and laws for medicare, medicaid, government funded action plans.
#4 The who is important because software not only at hospitals, or major services is used in fundamental sectors. Going to a bar and ordering a drink uses a software system to transact your payment.
#5 How are the fundamental problems tied together and how can they be solved. Through simplifying the complexities and understanding the problem at hand.

  1. Hi Cody, I don't know what Saas is, but since you do, and since two of your 6A opportunities relate to tech, I guess you're pretty into that! I'd be curious to learn more details about this idea. While IT is VITAL to nearly every business, I have to point out that most businesses have already developed their own software specific to their needs. I have a bit of that problem with my "opportunity"- every banks would need different information for their customers, so I'd have to be able to adapt my hypothetical product to fit all types of needs.-April
